This exclusively gated residential enclave is on lavishly landscaped grounds that encompass seven acres. They are adorned with Royal Palm Trees, Sega Palms, and Crepe Myrtles. It is exclusive to private owner use only since short-term vacation rentals are not permitted. Although any of these spacious properties are worthy of primary residency, The Tides have become a favorite beach vacation destination as a second home. There are only seventy-six total units that are highly sought after. Fortunate owners usually pass these onto family members, so they do not come on the market often. Two Bedroom units with two full luxury baths include 1,600 square feet. Three Bedroom residences include three full baths, two of which are luxurious ensuite off the Master Bedroom and one of the Guest Bedrooms. All residences include massive open-concept designs that incorporate the living and dining portions with walls of glass doors that lead out to large beachfront balconies.
