These two-story buildings include top floor and bottom floor units with a central covered breezeway that provides access with an open staircase to the upper levels. There are twenty-seven separate residential buildings with eight units in each building for a total of 216 properties. They include one-bedroom units with one or one and one-half baths that encompass 750 to 850 square feet. Two-bedroom properties with two baths are 950 square feet in size. Gulf Terrace Amenities

Approximately half of the Gulf Terrace buildings overlook a long lagoon named Aladdin Lake, which is adorned by a fountain that is uplighted at night. These are the most highly sought after units since they are located on the lovely waterfront side. They view the natural lagoon-like lake, a charming pedestrian bridge that gracefully arches over the water to the other side of the community, and distant views of Destin's gulf-front towers. Gulf Terrace Location

This Destin location is only a short drive away from local neighborhood beach access points and family amusements, including the popular Big Kahuna's Waterpark, which also has a lush tropically landscaped miniature golf course along with some Thrill Rides.
