In Whitby 301, the kitchen, living and dining area wrap around a covered porch that looks southeast over the Alys Beach amphitheater to the corridor water views of the Gulf of Mexico. This combined with the interior designs by April Tomlin Interiors from Nashville makes this a special opportunity in Alys Beach. Completed in May of 2021, Whitby 301 is a corner third floor fully upgraded 3 bedroom residence. The master suite looks west towards sunsets through a double wall of windows.
As Alys Beach Homeowners, the owner of Whitby 301 will have access to the town's most sought-after amenities, including Caliza Pool, the state-of-the-art ZUMA Wellness Center, and the homeowner-exclusive Beach Club.
