Such a Great location. Walk to public beach access and follow the path to the Beach and Jetty's & to one of the best snorkeling spots in Destin. Furnished unit including washer & dyer. Dual AC units. Just bring your own linens, and personal belongings. Newer impact resistant windows. Both bedrooms are on 1st floor. Carpet in bedrooms and LVP everywhere else. Patio and Deck Furniture is staged and not included with the rental. Decks are empty of furniture. Create your own Space by adding your furniture to decks. Note that some exterior shots are before 2 new 3 story units were built at the end of the road & the view off the decks looking to gulf has a partial view and is obstructed by new unit
