Cypress Breeze Location
Cypress Breeze is just one half mile away from the beautiful beach and its public access point at Ed Walline State Park. Gulf Place offers residents and visitors a number of restaurants, art galleries and bistro cafes to choose from. Free musical concerts and seasonal festivals are held there throughout the year on the grassy amphitheater lawn. The glistening gulf itself is just a short stroll or quick bike ride away since Cypress Breeze is just north of Scenic 30A.
Cypress Breeze Pool
Residents don’t have to go far for refreshing relaxation since this neighborhood’s other distinction is that it is centered on a huge watery oasis of its own. This massive manmade lagoon includes multiple levels of interconnected pools that feature rocky islands, shallow caves, promontories, flowing waterfalls and even spurting fountains. The area around it is adorned with towering palm trees for a tropical touch and there is an expansive paver tile sun deck for leisurely lounging. Bathroom facilities, showers and dressing rooms are conveniently nearby on site.
Cypress Breeze Homes & Lots
Many of the homes in Cypress Breeze have been built within the past ten years with the minimum square footage requirement at 1,600 square feet. However most homes average 2,500 to 3,500 square feet and some are even larger. The architectural style is considered to be “Old Florida” which is a charming nostalgic design that includes tin roofs, wide covered front porches and upper level columned balconies. Lots are available for sale here allowing custom designs for owners and a Homeowner’s Association has an architectural review board to insure integrity of the neighborhood’s covenants and restrictions. The association is active and well financed with offices located nearby at Gulf Place. Currently quarterly dues are $390, which includes funds for landscape and pool maintenance. It also includes reserves for future pool improvements, needed maintenance, street paving and a proposed entry gate.
