Cypress Breeze is just one half mile away from the beautiful beach and its public access point at Ed Walline State Park. Gulf Place offers residents and visitors a number of restaurants, art galleries and bistro cafes to choose from. Many of the homes in Cypress Breeze have been built within the past ten years with the minimum square footage requirement at 1,600 square feet. However most homes average 2,500 to 3,500 square feet and some are even larger. The architectural style is considered to be “Old Florida” which is a charming nostalgic design that includes tin roofs, wide covered front porches and upper level columned balconies. Lots are available for sale here allowing custom designs for owners and a Homeowner’s Association has an architectural review board to insure integrity of the neighborhood’s covenants and restrictions. The association is active and well financed with offices located nearby at Gulf Place. Currently quarterly dues are $390, which includes funds for landscape and pool maintenance. It also includes reserves for future pool improvements, needed maintenance, street paving and a proposed entry gate.
