Joe moved to Destin from Memphis in 1995 after a successful career in Commercial Banking and Mortgage Loan Brokering. He has been active in the local real estate market for the past several years and is a multi-million dollar producer. He specializes in condominium and residential properties in the Destin-Sandestin area where he has been very successful providing services for both buyers and sellers. Joe is also a licensed Florida Mortgage Loan Broker and a member of the Emerald Coast Association, Florida Association, and National Association of Realtors
