Joe moved to Destin from Memphis in 1995 after a successful career in Commercial Banking and Mortgage Loan Brokering. He has been active in the local real estate market for the past several years and is a multi-million dollar producer. He specializes in condominium and residential properties in the Destin-Sandestin area where he has been very successful providing services for both buyers and sellers. Joe is also a licensed Florida Mortgage Loan Broker and a member of the Emerald Coast Association, Florida Association, and National Association of Realtors.

Stephanie Roessler is originally from Springfield, OH. however, she and her husband Chris have called Destin home since 1992. After receiving her Bachelors Degree from Ohio State University, Stephanie lived and worked in Providence, RI and Pittsburg, PA before making the move to the Emerald Coast. Stephanie is very involved in the community; she is a member of the Destin Woman's Club, South Walton Rotary Club, Destin Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the American Business Woman's Association.
