Prominence on South Walton's 30A

Prominence is defined as a place “denoting preeminence, distinction, notability, stature and standing.”  Certainly this term applies to the new town of Prominence which is located near WaterSound at the far eastern end of Scenic 30A along the gorgeous beaches of South Walton.  This tremendous location is just west of Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach in one of the most sought-after places on the Emerald Coast. The other triplex units offered for sale are two stories each with three bedrooms, two and one half baths and a two car garage and range from $399,900 for 1,679 square feet to $414,900 for 1,747 square feet.

Current single family two story homes are available with three bedrooms, three and one half baths and a two car garage and range from $624,900 for the 2,286 square foot “Capri”  to $659,900 for the 2,343 square foot “Satorini”.  The 2,777 square foot “Somerset” plan has four bedrooms, four baths and a two car garage at $729,900. “Siesta Key offers 3,344 square feet with four bedrooms, four and one half baths and a two car garage at $899,900. The largest single family home available is called “Key West” with 3,743 square feet of space, four bedrooms four and one half baths priced at $999,900. A three story luxury townhome called “Seabrook” is priced in the same range featuring 3,725 square feet, four bedrooms, three and one half baths and a two car garage.
