3. Note the commitment terms of the listing agreement. The typical listing agreement expires after a stated period of time. If the agent has not sold your home within that time period, the seller is free to hire a different realtor.
4. Meet the realty staff and spend a little time discussing home sales with any realtor you are considering doing business with. You’ll be spending a fair amount of time together so it’s important that you feel comfortable with your realtor, believe that she understands your needs and goals, and feel that you can trust her advice.
